The problem with the installation of the database

Hi

My hosting does not allow you to create the database automatically. I must first create a database in the hosting control panel. After that add the username, password, and server address DB MySQL in the Settings panel X3. X3 itself creates the database - is not possible.
What to do?

Please help

hi

your server is iis or linux?

then your provider have to do setting for you

and 

reset the all setting

login to your cms

now  Click the MySQL Database Wizard under the Databases heading

then

Next to New Database enter a name for your database and click Next Step

now  press Next to usrname enter a username.Enter a password next to password, enter it again for password (Again) and then click create User 

now.............On the next page, you'll assign privileges for the user to the database. check the box next to all privileges and then click nextstep
